The board represents the Autumn Crest Homeowners Association:
Duties include:
Coordinate the care and maintenance of common property
Call and chair the annual meeting of Association members
Appoint the Architectural Committee members
Set the budget
Set and collect dues/assessments
Pays bills
Addresses and/or enforces violations of the ACHA CC&Rs
Other duties as required
The Board is required by and operates within the authority of the By-Laws Sections III, IV, V, VI, and VII. The board also follows guidelines and policies that are used to help make consistent decisions.
