Reserve Study

A reserve fund study is required by Washington state law to be completed every 3 years. The study presents an estimated amount that is needed to be in reserve for any future planning of maintenance outside of the annual budget (ie: fence; irrigation; landscaping). The reserve study has been completed for 2022.
